With a dynamic background in motorsports, finance, and insurance, Zee (Susanna) thrives on fast-paced challenges and strategic problem-solving. In her younger years, she was a sponsored drag car driver, even landing a stunt driving role in a movie.
Zee also helped manage two successful car yards before shifting gears into finance and insurance. Starting as an assistant accountant, she quickly moved into business management and later specialised in fire and general insurance, gaining extensive expertise in domestic broking, claims, and commercial cover—earning recognition as a finalist for Broker of the Year.
Since moving to Northland in 2009, life has been a mix of business, adventure, and great food. With a partner who competes as a semi-pro drift driver, she’s often travelling across New Zealand (and in the past, even internationally). While she leaves the building work to her partner, she runs the show behind the scenes, managing all the finances, business operations, and accounting for their side construction business. Outside of work, she’s all about good times with friends, beach days, fishing trips, and indulging in amazing food.
