my partner and I have been treated (and I use the word 'treated' in the capacity that one is given a 'treat') with the utmost hospitality and kindness and professionalism by the team at Zest! No question seemed irrelevant or insignificant and from the smallest things to obviously the largest things the mortgage assistance and advice we received was personalized and tailored to our needs and the best we had been given - and yes we shopped around! We found Sandeep to be totally upfront, so we knew exactly where we stood within the situation all the time, and Amy was prompt, efficient and friendly making our every request a priority.

When my life literally became a car crash recently I leaned on Sandeep and Amy heavily! They worked tirelessly, jumped though every hoop and then some to get my loan approved in seriously quick time. Everything hinged on us getting this loan and Sandeep and Amy made us feel like we were their number one priority, keeping us updated regularly while working simultaneously with a family member on their loan which was also approved quickly! Tim and Julie have been looking after my wife and I life insurance for a while now. They have structured it to suit our requirements and made us aware of things we would have otherwise not known. This will save us a lot of money in the long run and gives us confidence with the insurance company. I would highly recommend getting an insurance broker (Tim) otherwise you will probably be getting ripped off or have so many stupid clauses you don’t understand.
We've just worked with Sandeep for the second time for a refinance after he helped us to secure our first home loan three years ago. He and Amy do an incredible job simplifying the process, putting us at ease and getting us a great deal, especially with interest rates being almost three times what they were when we first took out our mortgage! It's always a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable and trustworthy team and we'd never go anywhere else for our lending needs!
After being declined by the first bank my husband and I were very devastated and our confidence plummeted. However, after communicating with Sandeep and Amy. We felt supported and dealing with him is such a breeze. He was able to help us get an approval from the bank given such a very limited time. I just wanted to thank Larn and the team at Taupō Zest brokers for the amazing service and expertise. I came to them knowing literally nothing about life and health cover (insurance in general), and was quietly worried that i was in over my head. However, sitting down with Larn for maybe 30 mins, i became so confident about the next steps and what i wanted out of it.. Fast forward roughly 3 years from that day and i had an accident overseas which required emergency flights out of Europe and surgery on my elbow here in nz. I had ZERO issues from my policy and Larn and Hope worked double time to make sure i didn't have to hardly lift a finger in regards to my claim.I cannot recommend this amazing team more. 10 stars!
