Having grown up in Taupō, Karleen is proud to call this amazing community home. She loves building genuine relationships with people and helping make the insurance process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Before joining Zest Brokers, Karleen gained experience across adventure tourism, property management, and personal assistant roles. These diverse backgrounds have given her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find Karleen cheering on her two boys at their school basketball games or watching them develop their latest passion — golf. They’re an active family who love making the most of everything the Central North Island has to offer.
One of their favourite family traditions is racing each other down the luge in Rotorua (there’s always a bit of friendly competition!), and they never say no to spending an evening around a bonfire with friends, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores.
Karleen feels incredibly lucky to live and work in Taupō, surrounded by a community she knows and loves. Being part of the Zest Brokers team gives her the opportunity to combine what she enjoys most — connecting with people, helping where she can, and making things that little bit easier along the way.
